Refund policy

We are offering Free returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. 

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us with your order number to email address stella@slowtouchdesign.com. We will then provide you with the return address and all the necessary information to initiate the return. The original order value (excluding shipping cost) will be returned to your original payment method once all the goods have arrived at our studio and they are inspected by our team. We'll send an email confirmation once we've processed your refund. 

All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are supported by Slow Touch for UK orders.
